Case Systems Announced the Purchase of the Assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions, Inc. of Ontario, Canada
MIDLAND, MI (November 7, 2011) – Case Systems Inc., a nationally recognized leading manufacturer of laminate casework and steel height-adjustable workstations for the educational, healthcare and laboratory markets, has announced that CIF Lab Solutions, L.P. has purchased the assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions, Inc. and will maintain operations in Vaughan Ontario, Canada. The purchase is a joint venture between Case Systems Inc. and Northeast Interior Systems Inc.
CiF is a manufacturer of the highest quality wood casework for the university, college, research, government and healthcare laboratory environment, as well as, the K-12 institutional market segment; in the United States and Canada. Read full article.
CASE SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS INTRODUCES ADDITIONS TO STAFF - JULY 19, 2011
MIDLAND, MI (July 19, 2011) – Case Systems Solutions, an industry provider of casework and height-adjustable workstations, strengthened their team with the additions of a new Project Coordinator and Draftsman.
Jeff Coates joined Case Systems Solutions, as Project Coordinator. Before joining the team in 2011, Jeff provided clerical and office support at Faulkner Construction and also worked as a CAD draftsman. Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Read full article.

Darland comes to Case Systems Solutions from Wyoming, Mich.-based D&D Building, where he was a General Trades Foreman for the specialty contractor that serves commercial, industrial and community clients. Schultz comes to Case Systems from StageRight Corporation, a leading manufacturer of portable staging and seating products based in Clare, where he was General Manager of the events division. He also held other positions at StageRight including Regional Sales Director and Director of Project Management. Laackman comes to Case Systems from the CSM Group, a construction management firm based in Kalamazoo, where he was a Project Director and Associate Partner. Prior to that, he worked as a Health and Safety Consultant for a Grand Rapids firm and served eight years in the United States Navy, based in Japan. Read full article.

He succeeds Bob Bowden, who is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer after 16 years of leadership of the company. Bowden will retain his role as Chairman of Case Systems' Board of Directors.
