CASE SYSTEMS AND BOSTONtec Donate $29,000 to Relay For Life®

Team CASE’s community support for Midland County stays strong

Midland, MI – August 27, 2020 CASE SYSTEMS donated $29,000 to RELAY FOR LIFE^®, an American Cancer Society activity, which makes it one of the top sponsors of this cause in Midland County.

CASE SYSTEMS’ strong support of Relay For Life^® dates back to 2004 when Team CASE was founded. Team CASE is an employee community service group that creates awareness and goodwill in our community and among employees to support the fight against cancer. Throughout the year, Team CASE holds bake sales, ice cream socials, taco and nacho luncheons, and much more.

Since 2009 Team CASE organizes an annual golf outing which has become the biggest and most successful fundraiser of the year. The event is supported by employees, business partners, and friends of CASE SYSTEMS and BOSTONtec. The last golf outing was rained out but it still managed to raise a significant amount of money. It was a testament to the high level of commitment by our sponsors, donors, and volunteers. “We all feel the personal connection to this cause. Everyone’s life could be touched by cancer. It could happen to you, a family member, a friend, or a co-worker,” said Shari Frankland, Accountant with CASE SYSTEMS. “Relay For Life offers us an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer to support each other and the community,” added Amy Tomchick, Buyer with CASE SYSTEMS.
