Quality Assurance through Training and Technology
At Case Systems we keep investing in training and technology to offer our customers the best performance in the industry. We invite you to visit our manufacturing facility and see our operation for yourself. Our team is proud to show off our capabilities and explain the details of the manufacturing process.

Lamination
Laminate casework is what built Case Systems, and we have the capability to laminate high volumes of different substrates. Our lamination technology includes:
- Black Brothers Cold Glue Spreader
- Black Brothers Press S/N 171587
- JOOS Scarlett Multi Zone Press
- Black Brothers Hot Model 775

Cut-To-Size
When you enter our manufacturing floor you will hear the work of the many saws in operation. They are the backbone of our processes and our skilled operators make sure the manufacturing team receives perfectly sized parts to complete the work. You can distinguish a high-quality laminate product by the way its parts have been cut. And it’s not just about the equipment. It’s also how you take care of it. At Case Systems we take pride in what we do and maintain all of our equipment, but particularly our saws to the highest standards. Our saw blades get sharpened and replaced often giving every part a crisp edge without chipping.

Edge Banding
Our capabilities include high-performance straight edge banding and contour edge banding. We have heavily invested in the newest edge banding technology. You will notice the difference when you see our edge banded parts. The once so visible glue-line between the edge and substrate virtually disappears. Our contour edgebander allows us to manufacture organic and creative shapes in the same quality as straight components.
