Midland, MI – Case Systems hosted Midland High School’s Robotics team, on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 27th and 28th, 2018, for a plant tour.  This visit corresponds with Case Systems’ collaboration with the team in an effort to develop new workstations and mobile storage solutions for use at their many robotics competitions.

During the plant tour, Case Systems’ Director of Manufacturing Tom Stoney explained the manufacturing process– from product design and engineering to manufacturing and shipping.

In addition, to touring the facility and meeting with key players in product design and engineering departments, Kevin Heires, Product Manager at Case Systems, presented the team of students with an official certificate of sponsorship, whereby Case Systems pledges to provide a complete workstation and storage solution designed for their specific use, totaling in value of $5,000.

“Case Systems is proud to support our local Midland High’s FIRST Robotic Team 5509 as a Platinum Sponsor for the 2019 competition season.  We at Case Systems are so excited for the opportunity to not only provide Workstation and Storage solutions, but to work together with the students as partners in collaboratively developing the specific needs of FIRST teams, STEM/STEAM curriculum, and to the educational environments as a whole.” says Jeff Clark, Director Human Resources at Case Systems.
